Personalized Products & Returns
All our products are custom-made and printed on demand according to each customer’s unique order. Due to the nature of these personalized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided.
This policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on Consumer Rights, which exempts personalized or made-to-order goods from the standard right of withdrawal.
Eligibility for Returns
We can accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective (e.g., printing errors, incomplete product).
- The item was damaged during transit (e.g., visible signs of damage upon delivery).
- The item does not match the description (e.g., incorrect size, design, or product type).
If your situation meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
How to Request a Return

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products without any defects, damage, or discrepancies.
- Products that are refused due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering (e.g., wrong size or design chosen by the customer).
